On behalf of the Prevailing Pi Omicron Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., I extend a warm and heartfelt welcome! Our chapter proudly upholds the legacy of our esteemed national organization by fostering impactful initiatives, empowering our communities, and exemplifying leadership in all endeavors. Since 1988, the Prevailing Pi Omicron Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has proudly exemplified sisterhood, scholarship, service, and social action at Wake Forest University and in the Winston-Salem community. Chartered by nine trailblazing women, we hold the distinction of being the first sorority—black or white—established on our campus. It is both a privilege and honor to carry on the legacy of excellence established by the distinguished women who came before us.
